Schedule with Kora here!

Do you feel like people don’t take your problems seriously just because you’re young? They talk down to you or believe you don’t have it “as hard” as they do?

I believe that all young people deserve respect and can absolutely go through hard times. Being a teenager or young adult can be really hard and sometimes overwhelming. I will provide you the non-judgemental listening and support that you have been looking for. We can explore why you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, sad, etc. Then we will work together to come up with ways to cope with and manage these feelings.

About Kora

My treatment style is motivational, solution-focused, and restorative. I will never solve your problems for you or tell you what to do, but I will empower you to build the skills to face anything. We can work together on any issues, but some examples of my treatment experience include suicidal thoughts, self-harm, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and/or explosive anger.

Working with Kora

In our work, I focus on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. My approach explores how past experiences shape current behavior, while also staying practical and focused on what will help you feel better day to day. I integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies in a way that feels straightforward and usable.
