Group Therapy Services
It is vital to us that you know you’re not alone.
While we recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, we also understand the importance of community and human connection in a person’s journey. Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to connect with others who understand what you’re going through, and to discover that healing can happen in community.
At ACNY, our goal is to provide a safe space for you to be vulnerable, to learn and grow, and explore what you’re feeling with others who can provide you compassion and support, and help you feel less alone.

What to Expect
Group therapy is a community where you’re not only welcome, but encouraged to share what you’re really thinking and feeling. You can connect with folks who know what you’re going through, and listen to others who truly understand what you’re dealing with and can meet you where you are.
Our group is led by an experienced therapist who provides structure, support, and clinical guidance, offering both the benefit of therapeutic expertise as well as peer support. Each group will:
meet virtually once a week
Run for 8-12 weeks, depending on the group
have 7-10 participants
Did you know your insurance may cover group therapy?
We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, and Northwell Direct. Out of pocket fees range from $55-80 per session.
